This course provides a comprehensive framework for constructing and maintaining a coherent scholarly digital identity across the platforms that govern discoverability, citation attribution, and professional recognition. Participants establish and optimize ORCID, Google Scholar, Scopus Author Profile, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and LinkedIn for Academia. Learning outcomes • Create and verify a persistent researcher identifier (ORCID iD) and integrate it across publishing and indexing platforms • Establish and optimize a Google Scholar Author Profile for accurate citation attribution and discoverability • Claim and curate a Scopus Author Profile, merging duplicate records and correcting misattributions • Optimize ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and a LinkedIn academic profile with strategic keyword consistency • Build a cross-platform identity audit routine to maintain digital consistency over time Assessment & deliverables Cross-linked ORCID, Google Scholar, and Scopus profiles (verified); a digital-identity audit report with remediation plan; a personal discoverability keyword strategy (800 words).
